Job Overview
Project Coordinator are responsibilities assisting Project Manager in organizing our going projects. This task involves monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditure. Organizing and participating the meeting and ensuring all project deadlines are met in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
Liaise with clients to identify and define the requirement, status, progress, incident, development process and etc.
Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
Ensuring project deadlines are met.
Determining project changes.
Providing administrative support as needed.
Undertaking project tasks as required.
Developing project strategies.
Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
Attend the conference and training as required to maintain proficiency.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related fields.
Work experience at least 3 years in Project Coordinator and Management or similar role are preferable.
Experienced in Software and Hardware Development (Any platforms).
Experienced in Banking and Retailing business will be advantage.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Solid Organizational skills including multitasking and time management.
Strong communication skill, client-facing and solving-problem.
Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office.
Excellent oral & written in Thai and English Communication skills.
Ability to work in a flexible and challenging environment.
Work well under pressure and time management.
